The NHS Committee, comprising Medical, Nursing and Social Work students from NUS and NTU, invest much time and effort into planning and executing the health screening and follow-up programme. 

OPERATIONS COMMITTEE

• Liaise with partners and external organisations

• Plan Screening flow and individual modalities

• Ensures centralised screening is conducted smoothly

FOLLOW-UP COMMITTEE

• Organise, oversee and execute NHS follow-up

• Work closely with doctors to identify residents suitable for follow-up

VOLUNTEER MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

• Handles volunteer and committee recruitment

• Organises volunteer training to empower volunteers with knowledge and skills to serve the residents

• Manages volunteer welfare

LOGISTICS COMMITTEE

• Procure and stock take screening logistics

• Secure sponsorships and logistical support from external organisations

PUBLICITY, HEALTH EDUCATION AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH COMMITTEE

• Organise publicity campaigns for students, partners, sponsors and residents

• Conduct health education campaigns to empower residents with healthcare knowledge

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

• Conduct research projects to improve future screenings

• Analyse screening data and publish useful statistics

SOCIAL WORK COMMITTEE

• For NUS Social Work students

• Manage the social work booth at centralised screenings and carry out follow-up for residents flagged out for financial and social help
